After over 10 years in the IT consulting and corporate sectors, I am keen to put the knowledge and experience I have acquired to work for a greater purpose. What I Do

Project Management

I am experienced in all aspects of project management such as project scoping, tendering, budgeting, time management and ensuring project KPIs are met both during the project build and after delivery.

I am adept at managing external vendors, consultants, developers and internal staff, keeping them focused and motivated during the project period, and skilled in managing the crucial change over period with IT infrastructure, software and web implementations.

Internet Marketing & Social Media

I have extensive experience with current internet marketing approaches such as content development and distribution strategies, PPC advertising and the creation of effective EDM campaigns using advanced automation applications driven by individual user actions.

I leverage social media to complement this approach, using social as an engagement and lead generation tool, attracting and then directing prospective customers through automated EDM conversion funnels.

WordPress Design & Development

I cover all stages of WordPress site creation, first delineating initial technical, design and UX requirements and then building the site using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP and external plugins as required.

My site development process is informed by the latest SEO considerations, giving the site the best possible opportunity to be found by the desired user group.

I also ensure that the final site is secure, complying with the latest WordPress security standards.

Digital Consulting

I advise clients on the most suitable technology solutions available today for their organisations.

This covers websites and what web architecture and CMS solutions are most appropriate, to ERP systems, project and team management software and integrating existing systems to bring about process automation and greater collaboration opportunities between co-workers.

I am also experienced in facilitating staff training on new technology to ensure organisations get the most value from the investment they have made.

Video Production

I cover all aspects of video production such as: pre-production planning; production tasks such as videography, lighting and sound recording; and post production editing, on-screen graphics and colour correction.

Personal Development Coaching

I help people using the latest in behavioural science related to human productivity and personal growth, teaching goal setting methodology, habit formation strategies, and training in positive behaviours such as regular meditation practice.

General Manager

My duties included

  • Daily liaising with the Company Director in planning, implementing sales and marketing strategies and navigating the future direction of the business
  • Monitoring and analysis of the P & L and company financials in partnership with the Company Director
  • Cultivation and maintenance of relationships with major international suppliers based in China, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong
  • Management of all office, warehouse and national sales staff
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting of all IT infrastructure

  • Seeking out new product lines and commercial partnerships
  • Producing purchase orders and monitoring company stock levels
  • Production of full colour company newsletter distributed quarterly both nationally and internationally

I was also responsible for a number of large projects that had a significant impact on the business:

  • Organised and oversaw implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, ensuring smooth data migration and implementation of a vastly improved customer information and stock management system
  • Led the creation and implementation of a new company website, completely integrated with the new ERP solution, online payment gateway and merchant facility. The new website saw a 200% traffic increase and a 300% increase in the number of web orders for the business in the first 6 months of operation
  • Led the implementation of new integrated EDM system, allowing granular targeting of our customer database
  • Designed, built and implemented a digital warehouse management system that significantly increased visibility, accuracy and traceability of customer orders
  • After the business moved location, I designed the new stock organisation system, warehouse configuration and office layout to ensure maximum warehouse and customer service efficiency
